Printing reports

Print and Print preview buttons

Using the Print and Print preview buttons in the General toolbar, you can print or preview:

To print one of these reports, simply click into the related area. For instance, if you want to print your logical framework, you click on one of the cells, and then on the Print or Print preview button.

For the other reports, you must make sure that the Details section is visible by clicking on the Details button button in the Lay-out toolbar. Then click in the Detail window in the bottom of your screen and finally on the Print or Print preview button.

Alternatively, you can use the Main menu, by clicking on FilePrint… or FilePrint preview…

The following pages describe printing in version 1.2 and higher. For information on printing in Logframer versions 1.0 and 1.1, you can follow this link.

I am just trying out Logframer for the first time.  It looks very good.  However, when I enter thew 'PRINT' process, there appears to be NO EXIT button - and it is impossible to remove the 'print' dialogue - even after printing.  The only way I have found is to stop the programme through Task Manager'.  Please tell me how to exit this operation.

Dear Paul,

I'm afraid you're the victim of shoddy design on my part, I apoligize. You can find the 'Close' button on the bottom of the window. If it is not visible on your smaller laptop screen, you can change the size  of the Print window by dragging the edges (when you hover the mouse cursor over the edge, it will turn in an up-down arrow). Drag the top edge down, then move the window up and you should see the button on the bottom.

I will make sure to add a close button on the top too, and publish Logframer with a smaller sized window in the future so that laptop users don't have this problem any more. Thank you for your feedback
